The sole obligation of PLASTIC CAPACITORS, INC. under this warranty
shall be to repair or replace any part which, in the opinion of PLASTIC
CAPACITORS, INC. , shall prove to be defective in normal use and service
within said ONE (1) YEAR period from the date of delivery. This warranty
does not cover normal wear and tear. In addition, the warranty shall be
null and void if the equipment is modified, improperly installed or used,
or damaged by accident or neglector otherwise repaired by another party
during the aforesaid warranty period. PLASTIC CAPACITORS, INC. reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to replace any product or part thereof,
found to be defective.
Defective products shall be returned, freight prepaid, directly to:

60639.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PLASTIC
CAPACITORS, INC. shall not be liable for any damages sustained by its
customer or any other party arising from or relating to any product
failure, including but not limited to consequential damages, nor shall
PLASTIC CAPACITORS, INC. have any liability for delays in replacement or
repair of its products.
No agent, representative, dealer or employee of PLASTIC CAPACITORS,
INC. shall have the authority to increase, alter or otherwise modify the
provisions of this LIMITED WARRANTY.
