Interworld Electronics has released the BOXER-6404/6404M Compact Multi-core Embedded Controllers from Aaeon. The BOXER-6404 Series are high performance standalone embedded Ultra-small PCs featuring quad or dual core Celeron processors, fanless operation, extensive I/O, compact size and robust construction.
 
The BOXER-6404 Series is based on the Intel System on Chip chipset to provide a state-of-the-art multi-core embedded platform. Factory installed processor options include: quad core Celeron J1900, 2.0 GHz or dual core Celeron N2807, 1.58 GHz processors. The BOXER-6404’s are equipped with one SODIMM socket supporting up to 8GB (J1900) or 4GB (N2807) of DDR3L system memory, four Gigabit RJ-45 Ethernet connectors, one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports and one RS-232/422/485 port. BOXER-6404 provides a CFast slot for an internally mounted CFast card for operating system and data storage while the BOXER-6404M provides 2.5” mounting for a hard drive or SSD. System expansion is possible via one full size Mini-Card slot that supports USB based cards. Two HDMI ports are provided for high resolution displays.
 
The BOXER-6404 is extremely compact and measures only 166 x 106.6 x 30mm while the BOXER-6404M measures 166 x 106.6 x 52mm. Optional VESA and DIN Rail mounting kits are available.
 
The fanless design of the BOXER-6404 Series coupled with an operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C ensures long-term reliable operation in industrial and embedded environments.
 
The BOXER-6404 Series can be powered from a 12VDC source. An optional 100~240VAC power pack is also available.
